Return Policy

My aim is to make you happy. If you have any problem let me know how to make it right.

 

My products are made to order. Once I receive the order, I get to work. Therefore, cancellations must be made within 24 hours,-- before I get to work. 

 

Once you receive your order, if you are not happy, please contact me within 14 days to let me know what the issue is. Returns must be approved in writing and shipped back to me within seven days. The return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please provide the tracking number. 

 

Merchandise must be in the same condition as received and in the same packaging before the refund can be issued. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within three business days of receiving the merchandise. It may take longer for you refund to appear at your end. Not eligible for return if:

  • Product is a custom order
  • Product has visible wear or damage
  • Product is not in the original package
  • Product is a final sale item
  • Product is modified in any way
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

 

When you are happy, I am happy. If an error was made on my part, I will do what I can to fix it.
